About the role
Binocs is our SaaS technology for planning and scheduling in complex quality-control laboratories and cell and gene therapy operations. As our international customer base continues to grow, we are looking for an Account Manager SaaS to strengthen our Binocs Sales & Accounts team. You will start by supporting and gradually owning commercial activities for existing customers.
You will prepare proposals, coordinate SaaS renewals and engage with client stakeholders to secure timely decisions and sign-offs. As your product knowledge and commercial experience grow, you will take on broader account responsibilities and identify opportunities to expand the use of Binocs within large international organisations.
You will work closely with senior account managers, customer success and portfolio colleagues across Belgium, the US and APAC. This is an opportunity to build a career in complex enterprise SaaS sales while learning from an experienced, international team. What you’ll do Support and grow existing accounts : Prepare commercial proposals and identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities together with senior account and portfolio managers.
Coordinate SaaS renewals : Help manage recurring renewal proposals accurately and on time, keeping stakeholders, approvals and next steps aligned. Engage with customers : Follow up proactively with client stakeholders, clarify questions and help remove obstacles that could delay approval or signature. Navigate complex commercial processes : Coordinate across customers and internal teams to ensure that proposals are complete, consistent and properly followed through.
Build product knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of Binocs, its customer use cases and the operational challenges it solves. Work internationally : Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA, the US and APAC and with customers whose headquarters are primarily located in Europe and the US. #LI-JC1 About you You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Economics or an equivalent field .
You have two to five years of relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, account management or a related client-facing role. You have worked with a software or SaaS product and understand the dynamics of a B2B commercial environment. You are great in working with Excel , commercial templates and detailed information.
You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing. You are structured and attentive to detail. You follow through on commitments and notice issues before they become obstacles. You combine commercial curiosity with a strong learning mindset . You are keen to understand a complex product, its customers and their business processes.
You are self-aware, take ownership of your development and can work with a high degree of self-direction. An interest in life sciences, laboratories or complex manufacturing environments is a strong advantage. You are fluent in English. Additional languages are an asset. You are comfortable working in a hybrid, international environment and are open to occasional travel.
