Assistant Service Manager

Morgan Properties is Hiring! Assistant Service Manager | Atkins Circle | Charlotte, NC Ashton Glen is a 568-unit apartment community in Charlotte, NC, and we're looking for an Assistant Service Manager who is ready to lead by example. You'll help the Service Manager keep our community safe, well maintained, and up to company standards by guiding the team through diagnosis, repairs, and make-ready.

Compensation

Base pay: $26.00 - $28.00 hourly $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials 50% rent discount 401(k) and full benefits Paid time off and holidays What We Need From You: Lead the team in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance, and exterior issues Build daily make-ready and work order schedules with the Service Manager and Property Manager Complete service requests within 24 hours and inspect finished work against Morgan standards Help manage maintenance inventory and look for cost-effective ways to order supplies Commit to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies HVAC/EPA/CFC and/or CPO certification (preferred, not required) 2-4 years of related experience or training, or a one-year certificate from a technical school or college Valid driver's license Your own tools for on-site repairs Why Morgan?
