Find out more about us at www.benugo.com Job Title: Team Leader Location: John Lewis Glasgow Reports to: Manager /General Manager Contract Type : Full -time Job Purpose: This role encompasses working any days of the week, with regular weekend work. You will offer the highest standard of service, providing a positive and efficient customer experience by preparing and serving quality food and beverages, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the location.

This role is primarily front of house.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• To ensure food safety compliance is followed at all times.
• To be responsible for a specific area or food offering, with flexibility to rotate to a new area if needed.
• To organise deliveries , checking delivery notes, and reporting any discrepancies .
• Assisting with clearing tables.
• Assisting with any team queries , supporting the management team.
• To carry out daily team briefings and assist with any team queries.
• To ensure all legislative and government guidelines are adhered to, such as Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH.
• To work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and serving food and drinks.
• To assist with the development of the team, providing training where required, especially on the areas of the food and beverage service , supporting management in the delivery of labour effectiveness targets.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management. Skills & Experience Required:
