About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of People and Culture to build and lead the people function at aion. You’ll work closely with the founding team to scale our early team into a world-class organization, helping us attract, retain, and grow exceptional talent across multiple geographies. This role is ideal for someone who has led People/HR functions in fast-paced startups and thrives in building culture, processes, and teams from the ground up.

What You’ll Do Partner with founders and leadership on organizational design and people strategy. Build scalable people processes for hiring, onboarding, performance, and retention. Drive initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive, and high-trust culture. Mentor and support managers in building high-performing teams.

Oversee talent development, career growth programs, and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies across regions. Continuously improve HR systems and processes to keep pace with aion’s growth.

Requirements

About You

6+ years of People/HR experience, with leadership experience. Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups (ideally 50–250 employees). Strong knowledge of HR practices, talent development, and organizational design. Experience working with distributed/global teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
