Territory Sales Representative Baltimore, MD | Protected Territory $42,000 Base + Uncapped Commission Estimated First-Year Earnings: $75,000-$90,000 Are you competitive, comfortable meeting new people, and motivated by earning potential? Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to develop new business throughout Northern Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania.

This is a true hunter sales role. You'll build your own pipeline by getting out into your territory, meeting business owners, cold calling, and prospecting restaurants and other commercial businesses.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new business within a protected territory Meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face Generate your own leads through cold calling and networking Lease commercial dishwashing equipment and sell companion products Manage your sales pipeline from prospect to close Build relationships with customers and your local branch team Compensation & Benefits $42,000 base salary + uncapped commission Ramp-up earnings guarantee during your first 3-4 periods Company vehicle and gas card Paid training Medical, dental & vision benefits 401(k) with profit sharing Paid holidays & PTO Summit Club & President's Club recognition Career growth opportunities Who We're Looking For Sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
