VP of Adult Services

The Vice President of Program Services and Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across Day, Residential and Family Support. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this role supports and guides program leadership, ensures services align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, and promotes collaboration across all service areas. The position also leads strategic initiatives, develops policies and procedures, and ensures high-quality, effective, and fiscally responsible service delivery.

This position operates at both strategic and operational levels, manages multiple programs and budgets while also developing staff, strengthening community/referral relationships, improving admissions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
