Family Physician

Job Details: Job Location: Western Site

• Chicago, IL, Salary Range: $165000.00 - $200000.00Salary/year, Alivio Medical Center is seeking a full-time, bilingual Family Physician. The Family Physician is directly responsible for performing and recording patient health history, patient examination and diagnosis, recommendations of medical treatment, rendering of on-site treatment and hospitalization services as necessary.

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.

Board certified or Board Eligible (within the initial allowable period of time post-graduation) Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois Federal DEA registration Basic Life Support Training Bilingual

Previous experience in a community health center setting, desired.
