IT Support Specialist

RDH is continuing to invest in modern, scalable, and efficient IT operations. The IT Service Operations Specialist will work closely with the IT Manager to support and improve RDH’s systems, service platforms, and user experience.

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional help desk support, combining day-to-day service delivery with system ownership, automation, and continuous improvement. The role will help strengthen internal IT capabilities, improve reliability, and grow into a key operational resource within Business Technology.
