Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise line mechanics. Ensure mechanics are trained & performing to expectation. Oversee operations ensuring operators are running equipment properly. Ensure proper line set ups for production run. Supervise all Shift Supervisors and oversee weekend schedule. Implement and verify all corrective actions on equipment.

Review daily paperwork & sign off. Perform PM audits. Provide hands-on support with mechanical repairs. Lead by example. 6+ years maintenance experience in fast paced food production facility. Supervisor or lead experience. Demonstrated & proven communication & leadership skills. Excellent attendance and work ethic. USDA knowledge and experience.

HACCP knowledge and experience. Demonstrated ability & use of industrial tools & meters. Good trouble shooting skills. Sense of urgency to complete tasks.
