Assistant Branch Manager - Vernon Branch

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager supports leading the retail branch team to deliver exceptional, member-centric experiences aligned with Beem’s People First, Digital First strategy. This role assists in achieving branch-level performance goals, operational excellence, member engagement, and compliance.

Acting as a key partner to the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager helps ensure frontline teams are equipped to deliver advice-first service, drive digital adoption, and foster strong member relationships while driving business growth through a sales goals approach. Additionally, this role provides coaching and development support to team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing branch culture.
