Requirements

• CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card
• Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A driving experience or 1.5 years of experience with certification from an accredited driving school
• Must have prior experience driving a manual 10-speed transmission and be able to pass the road test
• Current Hazmat Endorsement
• No more than 1 traffic violation in the last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years, and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).
