Manager- IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Position will be responsible for the management of UDR’s information technology governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program, including audit readiness, consumer privacy, third-party risk management, IT policy management, and AI and data governance. This position will heavily collaborate with Information Technology, Cyber Security, Internal Audit, external auditors, and Legal to execute audit requirements and initiatives.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the Vice President – Legal Operations and Corporate Counsel
