At Sunshine Coast Radiology , we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Booking Centre Agent to work full time to coordinate appointments and create a seamless, caring experience for every caller. 🔎 Your Role: Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma) Keep workflows efficient and organised Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need 💡 What You’ll Bring: A caring, empathetic communication style Advanced computer and keyboarding skills Great problem-solving and time management abilities A positive, proactive attitude Experience in customer service is a plus!
