Institutional Sales Business Head

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Business Head to lead and expand our institutional business within the Agri-Input industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in institutional sales, government liaisoning, corporate relationship management, and regulatory compliance. The role involves driving business growth through strategic partnerships with government organizations, corporates, and agri-input companies while ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Develop and execute institutional sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, corporates, and agri-input companies. Identify and secure new institutional business opportunities. Lead tender management, contract negotiations, and key account management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and company policies. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of institutional business. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives. Achieve institutional sales targets and drive revenue growth. Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, and strategic plans.

Represent the organization at industry events, government meetings, and customer engagements.
