Director of Human Resources

The Human Resources Director provides operational leadership for the hospital’s Human Resources functions and workforce initiatives. Oversee daily operations of key HR areas including compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and HR compliance. Partners with leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, strengthen culture, and support workforce engagement and retention. Ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Monitors HR performance metrics and workforce trends while identifying opportunities to improve processes, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
