Workforce Application Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Certified in PT-102 OR PT-103 [Workforce Software Time Configuration Essentials] Configure the Work. Force Suite, which includes setup functions, screen layouts, workflows, and calculations, according to detailed customer specifications. Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills. Perform unit and system testing of configured application.

Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments by set deadlines. Assist Work. Force Software with data load and system initialization for go-live activities. Responsive and follows through on customer requirements in a professional and timely manner. Assists with interviewing, training, and supporting team members Reviews team member work for quality and accuracy Participates in weekly resource allocation calls, weekly 1 on 1 meetings with Work.
