Substitute Teacher

Description: Follow lesson plans of the absent teacher. Instruct students in a learning environment which focus on a variety of individual needs; assist students with the development of skills to their fullest intellectual social and emotional potentials.

Qualifications

Teacher or Substitute Teacher Certificate from the Will County Regional Office Must be willing to work 3-5 days a week and be available from 7:30 am until 3:30 pm. ( 7 hour work day) Application Procedure: Apply Online Selection Procedure: After completion of application you will be contacted by phone to proceed with an interview process.

After interview completion you will be contacted by phone for hiring. Pay Rate: $140.00 per day or $70.00 per half-day for first 30 days of subbing within District #843. $160.00 per day or $80.00 per half-day after subbing within District #843 for 30 days within a school year.
