Growing together. We seek a Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.

Per Diem Pharmacists are classified as temporary employees and work on an intermittent basis. Candidates must have some availability during that time and will cover locations in and around the Tucson AZ area (including Sierra Vista, Douglas and Casa Grande).

Primary Responsibilities: Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners Provides information to customers about medications and their use Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Current pharmacist license in state of Arizona Must have some availability or flexibility M-F, 8-5 to pick up shifts Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $44 - $79 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. At United.
