The Operations Management Trainee participates in a structured development program designed to build future plant and operations leaders. This role provides hands-on exposure to plant operations, people leadership, continuous improvement, and strategic decision-making. Trainees will rotate through key operational areas to develop a strong foundation in manufacturing leadership while demonstrating readiness for increased responsibility.
