Cabinet Stainer

We are actively looking for motivated individuals to join our production team who are seeking a Monday-Friday work schedule! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Stainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying stain to cabinets, doors, panels, and other wooden surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.

The position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Pull job or work order from the dry-erase board. Read the sticker on the cabinet and match with the job number on the dry-erase board to determine the required color. Retrieve the correct stain color from the stain room. Apply the stain color onto the cabinet, door, panel, etc., using a spray method and hand wipe off the excess.

Load the finished piece back onto the rack for the finish line loader to process.

Qualifications

Experience in staining or finishing wood products is preferred. Ability to read and understand work orders and job instructions. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
