Manager, Sportsbook Retention

As a part of the Sportsbook Retention team you will be responsible for driving Player Engagement, Retention, Promotions, Communications and Product Marketing across our sportsbooks in the U.S. and Canada, supporting both Bally Bet and MONOPOLY Sportsbook.

Our mission is simple: make our Sportsbook the best place in the game to play, by obsessing over customer experience and constantly reinventing how we connect with players.

As Sportsbook Retention Manager, you'll lead the team building the strategy that keeps players hooked, loyal, and coming back, driving real, sustainable growth for our North American Sportsbook business.
