Bilingual HR Generalist

Arcosa Wind Towers is searching for a Human Resource Generalist to join our Belen, NM plant. In this role, you will be part of onboarding employees, administering HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, and managing performance appraisal processes. This role reports to the Plant HR Manager.
