General Maintenance Tech III

Project Specialist who performs maintenance service and repairs in plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, and appliance servicing at the journeyman level. This position is knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures associated with industry and company standards.

The role requires at least 4 years of experience in the field or in related areas. GMT-III is familiar with a variety of these fields’ concepts, practices, and procedures.
