Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins. What you’ll do Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff Administer and manage medicines safely Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements What helps you shine here NMC registered nurse (essential) A caring, empathetic and professional approach Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing in the UK (essential) About Leonard Cheshire We exist to make sure everyone has the opportunity to live their life fully, regardless of the complexity of their care needs.
