Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*What you'll be doing as a Truck Tarper:Tarp and strap flatbed trucks in the distribution yard. Operate tarp machines to secure loads efficiently.

Apply protective coverings and securement materials to loads. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Available shifts:Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends. Job requirements:Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People. Ready. Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs on a regular basis.

Ability to climb onto flatbed trailers when required. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Previous outdoor manual labor experience preferred. Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull heavy loads. Comfortable working outdoors in varying Florida weather conditions.

Reliable attendance and strong punctuality are required. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, crouching, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Physically capable of performing demanding labor in a fast-paced work environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety procedures.
