Accounting Assistant

Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC located in Orlando, Florida currently has an opening for an Accounting Admin Clerk . This is a Full-Time position with a work schedule of Monday thru Friday, with a benefits package. We are seeking a motivated person to become part of our team and growing company. Applicant must be familiar with data entry into computer systems and possess the ability to work efficiently.

Previous dealership experience preferred, but not necessary. As an Accounting Admin at Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC of Orlando , you will manage day-to-day accounting operations of the dealership. the position will require you to work side by side with the billing clerk. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential to maintaining order.

Your role

as an Accounting Admin will directly impact the entire team. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize correctly is essential.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of PC operations and Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent Effective communication and teamwork skills. Automotive accounting knowledge a plus but not required Job Duties: Applying for manufacturer rebates on all new vehicle sales-daily task Register all GMPP contracts - as needed Pull cancellation paperwork from deals - as needed Post the monthly reserve statement from various lenders-monthly Used Car compliance - complete GM audit packet and pass on to title clerk - daily Assist with filing within the accounting office -- Title clerks and AP clerk Job Benefits: Opportunity for Advancement Professional Atmosphere Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401-K Paid Vacation
