Compensation

$19-$22 Responsibilities: Sales & Leasing Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email, website, social media, and walk-in inquiries. Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into community tours and lease applications. Conduct personalized apartment and community tours highlighting features, amenities, pricing, and availability.

Guide prospects through the application, screening, approval, and lease-signing process. Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, competing communities, rental rates, and community amenities. Achieve leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals established by management. Maintain leasing closing ratios that meet company expectations.

Resident Relations & Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, guests, and vendors. Foster positive resident relationships and support resident retention initiatives. Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs. Address resident concerns, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Support community events and resident engagement activities that enhance the resident experience. Marketing & Outreach Promote the community through approved social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and outreach efforts. Participate in community outreach, resident events, networking opportunities, and local marketing initiatives.

Administrative Responsibilities Prepare lease agreements and related documentation accurately and timely. Maintain accurate resident, prospect, and property records in property management systems. Process required reports, forms, and leasing documentation within established timelines. Ensure model apartments, leasing office areas, and tour routes are maintained in a professional and market-ready condition.

Assist with resident communications, occupancy reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned. Compliance & Safety Comply with all Fair Housing laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Operate within OSHA standards and company safety guidelines. Report unusual, unsafe, or extraordinary property or resident situations to management promptly.

Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and conduct at all times. Other duties as assigned.
