Solutions Developer

Job Title : Solutions Consultant Work Location : Amman, Jordan Experience : 2-5 years We are looking for a Solution Consultant who can bridge business requirements and technical solution design. The role combines Business Analysis and Solution Architecture, working closely with customers and delivery teams to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements. Conduct structured requirement gathering and analysis through discussions, workshops, and process reviews. Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, workflows, and solution designs. Design scalable solutions by identifying the right applications, integrations, data flows, and automation approach.

Evaluate technical feasibility, dependencies, limitations, and alternative solution approaches. Prepare solution documentation including BRDs, process flows, functional specifications, and solution architecture. Work closely with developers and implementation teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Support solution walkthroughs, customer discussions, estimations, and implementation planning. Review delivered solutions against the agreed requirements and expected business outcomes. Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the overall solution.

Required Skills

& Experience: Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills. Good understanding of application architecture, databases, APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation. Strong logical and problem-solving ability with the confidence to design solutions independently. Ability to understand both business and technical conversations and connect the two.

Experience working with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, low-code platforms, CRM/ERP, or business automation solutions. Good documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work with customers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
