Position Summary

Organizes and prepares hot food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for patients, residents, and cafeteria customers. Performs baking duties and coordinates meal production for the following day. Supervises kitchen staff in the absence of the Food Service General Manager, Chef, Dietitian, and Diet Technician on duty.

Qualifications
