Heritage at Asante is an active adult HOA community in Surprise, AZ located about 40 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix. Residents of Heritage at Asante will have access to a world-class lineup of amenities. The focal point of the community will be the 14,000-square-foot Heritage Clubhouse with a 2,200-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center and plenty of multipurpose gathering spaces.

The clubhouse will also feature a resort-style outdoor pool and spa as well as a patio and fire pit. The Front Desk Monitor creates a welcoming environment by greeting residents and guests, answering phones, assisting with inquiries, monitoring facility activity, and ensuring community rules are followed.
