Perform road tests or functional checks when required to validate repair effectiveness and vehicle performance. Ensure that all safety-related repairs and systems are properly completed and functioning before vehicle delivery.
Monitor workshop processes and identify recurring quality issues to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and documentation records accurately within company systems. Support warranty compliance by ensuring repairs and replaced parts meet manufacturer warranty conditions and technical standards.
Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures, operational standards, and workshop best practices. Ensure vehicles are clean, properly assembled, and ready for customer handover after repair completion. Participate in internal audits, workshop evaluations, and process improvement activities related to service quality.
Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations during inspection and operational activities. Stay updated on manufacturer technical bulletins, repair methods, and quality control procedures.
