Assistant General Manager - Security

Job Description The incumbent will have the overall responsibility for the security for project sites in Residential Business. Managing security and safeguarding of all the company’s properties, Project Sites, Assets, physical safety of employees and visitors. Liaison and lobbying with the local Police, Government Authorities, Ministry Officials for obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and Investigation. Evaluate & select external outsourced security agencies for providing security personnel guards. Lead a team of security officers.
