Your role

Build, test, and repair the hardware that our customers rely on — in a climate-controlled, high-tech manufacturing environment with a schedule that gives you an early finish every Friday. Assemble, repair, and test measurement lances, cables, connectors, contact blocks, and related hardware to drawings and specifications.

Measure accurately, use shop equipment, prepare assemblies for shipment, and help keep parts organized. What is required for this role High school diploma or equivalent. Proven excellent attendance and reliable commuting to Hartland, WI, Mon–Thurs. 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Fri 6:00–10:00 a.m. Can accurately measure; hands-on experience with machine-shop and hand tools.

Experience reading schematics or technical drawings. Able to stand throughout the workday and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable, self-directed, positive, technically capable, and ready to contribute ideas and effort as part of a team.
