Description Our Pediatric Dental Practice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and experience during their visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during dental procedures
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Prepare and clean dental operatories
• Follow infectious control guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Communicate effectively with children and parents to ensure a comfortable and positive experience

Requirements

Dental Assistant License from the state of Massachusetts. CPR certification (current). Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology. Proficiency in taking dental X-rays. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills —we love team players! A detail-oriented, organized approach to patient care. A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
