Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, security, data migration, and enterprise application design while collaborating with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to drive successful outcomes.

The Architect will provide technical leadership, establish best practices, ensure solution quality, and support strategic decision-making across the Salesforce landscape. Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business objectives. Lead architecture workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.

Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Create architecture blueprints, solution design documents, and technical roadmaps. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of IT experience.

7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience. Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Experience leading large and distributed teams.
