About the Role

Due to the strong growth of Power Electronics Australia, an exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Engineer to supervise a small supportive team! Based at our Head Office, Eagle Farm, QLD, t his is a great opportunity to expand your electrical and renewables career, with full training provided in our products and services.

About you

Ideal applicants will possess a wide skillset which includes:- supervisory, quality, technical support, data analysis and continuous improvement experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three: Front Office Engineer, Quality Engineer and Technical Specialist.
• Provide remote technical support to field technicians.
• Analyse field and warranty data to prevent recurring issues.
• Optimise spare parts and safety stock levels.
• Build dashboards tracking field reliability and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation
• Link customers and internal teams. Key Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience leading a small team.
• At least 5 years' experience working as an engineer and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Strong electrical engineering knowledge and aptitude, hands-on skills, and good problem-solving ability.
• A customer focus and ability to be flexible and attentive to customers' needs.
• Full working rights in Australia.
