Responsibilities include

Machinist responsibilities include: Operating manual and CNC type equipment, including set up and programing. Measuring, examining, and testing completed tools for proper dimensions and function. Using manual CMM to check parts Able to read and understand blueprints Skills Requirements: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team setting The ability to understand goals and prioritize work to achieve those goals in a timely manner.

Analytical skills, including the ability to understand blueprints and specifications. M ust possess good math skills, and be experienced with machine tools, and computerized measuring machines. Mechanical skills, including the ability to op erate milling machines, lathes, grinders, and other machine tools. Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Other duties may be assigned.
