Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and deliver all drinks according to their order, maintaining company recipes and any customer special requests.
• Prepares food for re-sale.
• Enters and completes customers’ orders on computer system, accepting different types of payment.
• Maintain a high level of store cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment.
• Always delivers quality customer service.
• Presents a positive attitude towards the job.

Minimum Qualifications

(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• A passion to work in a Café/Coffee atmosphere.
• California Food Handlers card is required for all food service employees who prepare, store, and serve food.
• Previous Barista Experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, servers, team members and guests)
• Previous Coffee bean roasting experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work effectively within a sometimes-pressurized environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., as needed.
