School Bus Aide - Richmond

Make a Difference Every School Day! Student Transit is looking for caring, dependable School Bus Aides to assist in transporting students safely to and from school. What You'll Do

Assist students while boarding and exiting the school bus. Help ensure students remain safe and secure during transportation. Assist students with seat belts, safety restraints, or wheelchair lifts when needed. Support the driver by helping maintain a calm, safe environment. Assist during emergency evacuations if necessary.

Help keep the bus clean and safe. Work closely with drivers, school staff, and parents to provide excellent student care. Good communication skills and a positive, patient attitude. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and assist students when needed. Childcare or caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
