Join our Podcast Producer Talent Pool I LA Range: $80,000 - $92,000 Higher Ground is building an ongoing roster of experienced Producers to call on as our podcast projects grow. If you have served as lead producer on interview or chat shows and thrive on balancing taste, speed, and collaboration, we want to hear from you.

This work spans guest booking and editorial development, episode assembly in Adobe Premiere Pro, and hands-on production for always-on shows — so strong production instincts and the ability to own a workflow end-to-end are key. Experience working with high-profile talent and a sharp eye for detail are always a plus. This isn't a live vacancy but a chance to get on our radar ahead of upcoming projects.

If you're a producer who loves the craft of building great interview content, we'd love to know about you. About Higher Ground: Founded by Barack and Michelle Obama in 2018, Higher Ground is the home of exciting and impactful storytelling from Oscar-winning films to blockbuster podcasts.
