Genesys Specialist

We're looking for a practical, customer-focused individual to join our team as an Equipment Support Specialist which internally we call a Genesys Specialist , supporting customers who use our specialist hatchery equipment across the UK and Ireland.

If you enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and getting hands-on with equipment and technology, this could be the role for you. What You'll Be Doing As a Genesys Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for customers using our equipment. This innovation provides our customers the ability to gender sort up to 50,000 day old Broiler chicks per hour with over 97% accuracy, transforming the industry and driving efficiencies in hatchery, on-farm and in the processing plant with improved flock uniformity and faster growth rates.

You'll help ensure systems are installed correctly, running smoothly and delivering the best results.

Your responsibilities

Installing and setting up equipment at customer sites Carrying out planned servicing and maintenance Troubleshooting faults and resolving technical issues Supporting customers remotely when needed Delivering training and guidance to customers and colleagues Writing clear service reports following visits Managing spare parts and equipment stock Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with biosecurity and animal welfare standards Working closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement
