Provide expedient check-in/check-out service Provide superior guest service Entering/changing reservation information on PMS Processing payments from guests Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database Job Requirements: Previous Marriott or hotel experience is highly desired Must be able to work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Must possess Excellent customer service and communication skills Be self motivated and able to work independently Knowledge of Fosse operating system a plus Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
