• Schererville, IN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Pandora Sales Associate An associate in Pandora in Alberts Diamond Jewelers provides outstanding customer service in all aspects to ensure a loyal following of clients. You must be enthusiastic, high energy, ethical and have the ability to positively motivate others.

Essential Functions

Meets individual and company sales goals. Utilizes PANDORA sales techniques consistently and communicates product knowledge to the customer. Performs various sales and register transactions. Maintains an awareness of customers to both increase service levels. Learns policies regarding payment and exchanges, customer service, security practices, and other applicable operations.

Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions. Maintains pricing and marketing standards. Builds and maintains a solid customer following through clientelling. Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management. Participates in visual directives including setting planograms, zone maintenance, and cleaning standard.

Other duties as assigned/required by management team. Will be crossed train in Customer Service. Job Requirements: 18 years of age or older High School diploma or GED 1-3 years retail experience (Jewelry Sales preferred) Outstanding communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Regular attendance is essential Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays DISCLAIMER: The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
