Business Support Specialist

Join our Team About this opportunity: Business Support Center provides efficient, high-quality and resilient support to Ericsson’s business functions. Our scope includes internal and external communications, digital communications, event management, and Brand and Visual Identity management. This role will strengthen the team’s capacity by addressing current resourcing needs and bringing new technology capabilities to our new media operations.

In particular, the role will help expand our use of AI and digital tools, enhance our digital communication capabilities, and respond to rapidly growing business needs.

What you will do

Operate and develop multimedia and digital communication channels, including internal corporate channels, We. Chat Official Account, We. Chat Channels and other relevant platforms. Plan, shoot, edit and deliver high-quality photos and videos for internal and external communications, events, campaigns and business storytelling.

Develop video concepts, scripts and storyboards, and manage the end-to-end production process from brief to final delivery. Create clear and engaging communications content, including announcements, newsletters, success stories, campaign materials and event communications. Support business functions by translating communication needs into effective content plans and engaging visual stories.

Produce and adapt content in both English and Chinese, ensuring consistent messaging and a high standard of editorial quality The skills you bring: Strong hands-on capability in photography, video shooting, video editing, image retouching and visual content production. Demonstrated experience operating digital or corporate media channels, such as internal enterprise channels, We.

Chat Official Account, We. Chat Channels or similar platforms. Ability to develop video concepts, scripts and storyboards, and independently complete content production from planning to delivery. Experience creating Chinese and English communications content, including announcements, newsletters, success stories and campaign messages.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop and relevant editing, design and content-production tools
