Job Description Purpose To produce and ensure completion of all the bills supporting documents on food and beverage sales at the assign outlets Tasks To collect payment from the guests and make supporting documents, summaries and reports. Collect cash on all cash sales. Complete bill entry sheets and other documents as necessary.

Ensure the signatures required by the guests are obtained. Answer the outlet telephones in a prescribe manner and provide assistant. Make posting of bills on guest folios and master folios. Attend to duty at cashier’s desk at the reception. Collect and record collection of the payments of the guests. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times on duty.

Attend to department meetings and briefing. Assist in training the outlet cashiers.

Qualifications
