Director (PE), Public Infrastructure, Baton Rouge, LA Halff is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Director to join our Public Infrastructure team in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in delivering public infrastructure utilities, local infrastructure and/or transportation projects, an established network of clients, and knowledge of established practices in regional clients' rotation lists, on-calls and pre-qualification pools in Louisiana.
