Head Nurse / Ward Manager – North London

Salary: £48,000 to £55,000/year + NHS benefits + leadership training About the Hospital: This NHS Trust Hospital in North London is undergoing transformation with new leadership and a strong focus on patient safety, staff wellbeing, and innovation. The Head Nurse will lead a 25-bed adult medical/surgical ward, driving improvements in care quality, patient flow, and staff development.
