Dental Lab Technical Advisor

The Dental Lab Technical Advisor is responsible for assisting, coordinating, and championing technical issues with external customers as well as with laboratory leadership, sales, marketing and other internal departments. The Dental Lab Technical Advisor will make outbound customer calls and answer inbound calls from the dentist’s office providing guidance by assisting with technical issues through resolution, as well as provide technical follow-up and proactive communication with new and active clients.
