Activity Manager F/M/X

Job Description: Location : Saint-Denis-de l'Hotel (30 min from Orléans) Type of contract : permanent / CDI Entity : Mars Petfood France This role is responsible for delivering a portfolio of business critical and complex business projects across France and Regional Emerging Markets through cross-functional teams and ensuring excellence in execution.

What are we looking for? Degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant work experience. Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing projects and activities in a cross-functional environment. Strong project management and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and risks.

Experience driving continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives. What will be your key responsibilities? Lead and coordinate activity delivery across France and Regional Emerging Markets (FREM). Guide cross-functional teams through the QUEST process, ensuring compliance with Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and effective risk management.

Manage co-pack and discontinuation activities to agreed scope, timelines, and business objectives. Ensure a smooth handover from project development into market execution, maintaining data accuracy and information flow across stakeholders. Lead post-project reviews and drive implementation of key improvement actions. Partner with Master Data Managers (MDMs) and related functions to ensure customer master data accuracy and successful activity execution.

Drive excellence in execution by coordinating information flow to Demand Planning, Logistics, Availability, and operational teams. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and share best practices across the Activity Management community. What can you expect from Mars?
