We maintain and support the pressure pumping equipment and services at customer site. We aim to meet clients expectations, as part of Baker Hughes operations. Partner with the best As AMO Manager, you will be responsible for: Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.

Maintaining assigned trucks, oil field surface equipment related to cementing, coiled tubing and stimulation operations Facilitating third-party repair of equipment when required Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems. Providing supervision, mentorship and leadership of technicians in the absence of the supervisor/manager Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in AMO (Assembly Maintenance, and Overhaul) and repair operations. Have at least 3years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Have strong experience in Pressure Pumping and/or TRS equipment. Have strong experience in Pressure Pumping equipment maintenance (cementing, coiled Tubing), TRS equipment maintenance (power tongs, CRTs, hydraulic handling systems).

Hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting. Have proven experience with asset reliability, preventive maintenance, CMMS/SAP maintenance systems. Have strong skills in team management, leadership, and coaching. Possess expertise in resource planning and workshop scheduling. Maintain a strong mindset focused on performance management and continuous improvement mindset.
